EMIS is an analysis and reporting tools provided by Intelligent Energy Systems that conveniently displays (via graphs on your web browser) National Electricity Market data provided by market operator NEMMCO. The source of the data is the NEMMCO Infoserver which is updated for use by EMIS at almost real-time. The data includes for each dispatch period all power station availabilities and bids, transmission limits, regional demands, generator dispatch outcomes, spot prices and all ancillary service bids, prices and outcomes.

There are two levels of service that EMIS provide, which are the EMIS-Pro and EMIS-Lite.

EMIS-Lite is a free, compact version of this service. Whilst it is free, there are some limitations on using this service. EMIS-Pro is a full version of EMIS which allows the user to use EMIS almost without any limitations at all. More reports and report periods are some of the benefits on using EMIS-Pro compared to its Lite version.
